We are experts in integrating all of the critical elements of automated robotic palletising systems required to complete the end of line palletising process. From basic systems to multi-line, multi-robot automated palletisers, we design and manufacture turnkey systems for each individual requirement, no matter the product and no matter the industry.
SCM HANDLING
PALLETISING SYSTEMS
WHAT IS
AUTOMATED ROBOTIC PALLETISING?
Our automated robotic palletising systems provide customers with cost effective, reliable, industry-leading end of palletising solutions which can be tailored to a range of different industries and can be configured in a host of different ways.
Automated robotic palletising systems can be implemented as standalone, simple modular solutions or as larger centralised palletising systems, including integrated pallet conveyors, pallet magazines, layer sheet dispensers, stretch wrappers and label applicators. No matter your specific requirements or budget, our SCM automated robotic palletising systems cater to a range of different industries and product types.
Our experience in building bespoke automated robotic palletising systems, coupled with our expertise using KUKA’s industry-leading range of Quantec Palletising Robots, guarantees solutions that deliver impressive results for any project requirement.

BESPOKE SYSTEMS
Our full turnkey approach to palletising includes case erectors, sealers, check weighers, strappers, pallet wrappers and labelling machines; providing a 'one stop shop' for end users

DIGITAL DESIGN
All of our automated robotic palletising systems are designed using Autodesk Inventor 2023
KUKA Sim Pro smart simulation software enables us to perform configurable collision testing, distance check & cycle time determination

WORLD-CLASS COMPONENTS
We utilise KUKA’s innovative range of Quantec palletising robots combined with our industry leading pallet handling equipment & 24v conveyor

SETUP & INTEGRATION
Our engineers are proficient in programming Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs as well as Siemens Technology motion control and Siemens S7 series processors
We also have extensive experience in integrating systems with a large variety of plant-wide control networks including ModBus, CANOpen and FTP
Our palletising systems can be accessed remotely allowing us to dial in an fault diagnose from our UK facility
