Sunrise to Sunset: A Day of Endurance for a Great Cause On May 11th, our very own Bobby Guerin (second from the right) took on the Macmillan Longest Day Golf Challenge at Exeter Golf and Country Club — teeing off at 5:00 AM and finishing at sunset. Alongside friends Alan, Tom, and Rog, Bobby spent over 16 hours on the course, covering 24 miles and completing four full rounds of golf — all in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. 🚨 Charity Announcement for 2025🚨 We’re proud to announce that SCM Handling’s chosen charity for 2025 is Yeovil Freewheelers (EVS) – a remarkable group of volunteers who provide essential blood bike services across Somerset and the surrounding areas. Even more meaningful for us is that our owner, Jon Boulton, is one of those volunteers, regularly giving his time to help deliver urgent medical supplies out of hours. 📸 In the photo: Jon is pictured alongside one of the charity’s brand new Triumph motorcycles, joined by Alan Larcombe (Purchasing Manager) and Spencer Davies (General Manager).
